Why do you need both?
Requiring the number and the email means nobody can browse someone else's orders by guessing a phone number alone (L-FR-1.1). We never send a code, and we never store a password for buyers.
Ordered with a different email or number? Look for the confirmation message the seller sent you on WhatsApp — your order code (it starts with LTL) opens the order directly.
