“All Sales Final” — and what it can't override.

Plain language, no legalese. This page explains the difference between a seller's no-refund policy and the statutory rights you keep regardless of what a checkout badge says.

A seller's no-refund policy applies to change of mind. It does not apply to goods that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was listed.

What the seller's policy covers

Every LinkToLoot checkout is a direct purchase from an independent seller. Sellers set an All Sales Final policy: no change-of-mind refunds, no cancellations after payment, and no returns for fit or preference. Payment is always 100% upfront — Cash on Delivery is disabled platform-wide.

What it does not cover

A storefront badge cannot waive rights the law gives you. If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its listing, or never arrives at all, that is not a change-of-mind return — it is a defective or misrepresented goods claim, and it is handled through the dispute flow below.

How to raise a claim

Open your order from the tracking page and message the seller on WhatsApp with your order code and photos. If it is not resolved, the order can be escalated to a dispute case, which freezes the disputed amount from the seller's next settlement until a human reviews it.

Undelivered and returned parcels

If a courier marks a parcel undeliverable or returns it to the seller, the order does not silently end there. It is routed into the same dispute queue so you and the seller both get an outcome rather than an abandoned order.
